Office Staff

Stuart Balfour has B.Sc. (Hons) in Construction Management and is the Senior Estimator/Surveyor joined the company in 1999 having previously trained and worked with other Kent based companies. Stuart has experience in a wide range of work types and tendering procedures.

Clare Moore ICIOB is the other member of the estimator/surveyor team and joined in 2000, she also trained and worked in Kent after college in Sussex. Clare tends to work on our negotiated contracts but also carries out estimating on a wide variety of projects.

Elaine Harris is our Office Administrator and joined the company in 1987. Elaine has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth development and introduction of IT and office procedures and is the very important first voice of the company that most people hear.
